Thank you for this perspective on grieving and the process. There is also a grieving process daily as we see ourselves, a loved one, or friend declining mentally or physically. Total loss has not happened yet and that grieving process is yet to be.

I am comforted by the 23rd Psalm “….Because the Lord is my Shepherd I have everything that I need.”

Yes “Take what is helpful and leave the rest.”
